The case

Sanisale is an international retailgroup with 85 stores selling kitchens and bathrooms. Our point of departure was their ambition to start a customer loyalty program using blockchain technology and launching their own crypto currency. While they were working on this in 2018 the landscape of cryptocurrencies changed drastically and therefore the group felt the need to reinvent their vision for the program.

The Results
We designed a 2-day workshop to come to new and better answers. The co-creation between us, the Blockchain Natives team, the client’s team and the 4 invited specialists led to a completely new product approach, an innovative business model and renewed belief in the project.

Now founders of the project have extended the assignment with a 12-week research & development trajectory.
