For some of our clients and ventures, we program periods of marketing collaboration to rapidly boost growth. During these intensive periods, we apply a growth stack of new technologies and marketing techniques as an extension of the company's marketing efforts, with the goal of helping them drive revenue more quickly, and more profitably.
About you
• Have previous experience with growth marketing,
• open to learning about tool and techniques you don’t yet know exist,
• able to work collaboratively and autonomously at the same time,
• Interested in learning about customer behaviour through data and qualitative feedback,
• Possess a basic understanding of statistics and why they are important to a company,
Your role
• Identify potential customers using online tools, reach them with effective messaging, and provide the fastest route from contact to sale,
• Work as part of a dynamic team to drive customer acquisition and increase customer value,
• Evaluate customer experience, hypothesize a solution, test, and test again,
• Run data driven marketing campaigns and really own the results,

At Yura Agency we’re looking for a jr. brand strategist with a sharp mind and the potential to lead. Because we believe that strategists should lead projects. Someone that has a good eye for detail, is a great communicator, is self-motivated and likes to work in a small and dynamic young company.
You will get first-hand experience working for a strategic design agency. Your main task will be to create and maintain clarity throughout the work that we do. But you are also part of multiple creative projects, for Yura and for clients.
You will also get the freedom to run projects independently and improve your project management and design thinking skills.
About you

Your role
• create project plans, pitch decks, brand books, brand strategies, pay-offs, position statements and other verbal brand expressions,
• giving direction and feedback to other teammembers from visual and usability perspectives,
• (co-)hosting workshops and ideation sessions,
• support in design and marketing projects for our clients,
